My entry to the Disneybound x LeSportsac contest is inspired by my Filipino heritage.
The long sleeved lace top is a nod to the Barong Tagalog, a sheer white shirt with floral embroidery that men traditionally wear to weddings. The top also has a bit of poof in the shoulders much like the traditional gown that Filipino women wear. The rooster necklace represents the c*ck fights that often occur there... hehe! :D And the green and white color scheme is a homage to the Philippines' national flower, the Sampaguita.
